It is getting cold, dark and very autumnal in the Rose Valley. How about at your house? I don’t know about you, but we have a huge haul of huge pumpkins from the garden to eat. In New Zealand we’d eat tons of pumpkin soup, but Brits have this interesting habit of carving a halloween pumpkin then, er, chucking out all the scrumptiousness inside. How silly. Make pumpkin & smoked garlic soup instead, it’s really quite easy, and look, we even wrote you a lovely recipe.
